In our vacation home "Küstenwind", both large families and friends are welcome. Now the vacation can begin. Other things to note The approx. 140 sqm detached house with about 500 sqm property is located directly on a small, private lake. Access to the house is done by a staircase with 6 steps. A jetty belonging to the property with space for two sun loungers offers the opportunity to gather forces. On the exposed south-facing terrace overlooking the water, there is a large extendable garden table with 8 chairs. A large traffic light umbrella offers you plenty of shade at any time of the day. In addition, a stylish glass railing allows the unobstructed view from the balcony to the lake. Here you can enjoy the evening sun with a bottle of wine. Upon entering, you will find a spacious entrance area with full-length mirror and key rack. The open, light-flooded yet cozy living area with a timeless leather set with relax function and a large smart TV offers you plenty of space to relax. In addition to eight cozy chairs, the dining area has a 1.80 m real wood table that can be extended to 2.80 m by inserts. The heart of the house is the fully equipped fitted kitchen with Bosch brand appliances and microwave. Every cooking evening becomes an experience here. The 4 bedrooms with comfortable 1.80 m x 2.00 m box spring beds, night consoles and blackout pleats invite you to sleep in. The younger guests are also taken care of. A travel cot with mattress and changing table are available for them. For safety, we have installed a stair gate upstairs. Board games, Lego Duplos, a football fox, an Xbox and reading for young and old leave nothing to be desired. Our house has two large bathrooms with walk-in showers, a bathtub and a washing machine. In addition, there are two storage rooms with clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. A wagon is available in the lockable bike room.
