The open plan living areas are light and bright with large windows and sliding doors and a very modern, more than completely equipped kitchen flows out to the patio which makes for easy entertainment. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with ocean views and the sound of the waves in the distance. After a day of activities, sundowners can be enjoyed on the outside sunny lounge area or meander down to the private seating area nestled amongst the fynbos. This property is perfectly located in a private beach front estate with direct beach access where summer days can be spent on the golden sands of the many kilometers long, unspoiled Keurbooms beach. The estate also has a large communal swimming pool. Beach towels are provided. This property is equipped with solar energy so it is completely off the grid.
