Since the apartment and the terrace are located at the back, the location is quiet. The small river " Prüm " passes about 50 m away. The bike and hiking trail are located directly on the road. Great hikes and bike rides are possible from here. Shopping and gastronomy are very close. The space City Prüm is an annex on the ground floor.
