The space Ruby Red is a large farmhouse that has been converted into four separate units. This apartment is on the first floor and shares no walls with adjacent units. It is a large suite, with tall ceilings, and large windows for lots of natural light. Guest access You will have exclusive use of Unit B, as well as shared use of the main foyer, laundry room, and front porch. There is an outdoor table and chairs, outside of your unit, just for your use as well. Other things to note 1 Pet max with a mandatory pet fee. This is a 4-unit property.
