We don't serve meals. Guest access The 1,800 m2 property contains: wooded and landscaped outdoor spaces, large leisure area with a private 31,000 l pool, grassy soccer field, a playground for children (little house on top, slides and swings), barbecue, wood stove, oven for pizza on firewood, barges with hooks for hammocks. Beautiful and quiet place, inhabited by wild animals and surrounded by mountains covered by Atlantic forest, ideal for those who wish to rest and relieve stress. Other things to note TARIFFS AND CONDITIONS: BASIC DAILY* (including weekends and holidays, except the following festive periods: Carnival, Holy Week, Christmas and New Year's Eve): R$720.00, for up to 8 paying guests **, + $90.00 for each additional guest Super special discounts are offered for reservations with a duration equivalent to two nights or more. In this case, each night is at R$640.00, for up to 8 paying guests, + $80.00 for each additional guest per night. At the time of receiving the booking inquiry/request, the host will manually apply the discount and send, in the form of a "special offer", another quotation already with the corrected amount - the system does not make this adjustment automatically. * Each night corresponds to a period of up to 24 hours. ** Children aged 6 years and down are exempt from payment; those 7 years onwards pay normally. SPECIAL PERIODS: - CHRISTMAS/2025 (Dec 23-26, minimum 3 nights): R$1,950.00 per night, for up to 15 paying guests, + R$130.00 per additional guest per night - CARNIVAL/2026 (Feb. 13-18, minimum of 5 nights): R$1,950.00 per night, for up to 15 paying guests, + R$130.00 per additional guest per night - HOLY WEEK/2026 (April 2 to 5, minimum of 3 nights): R$1,950.00 per night, for up to 15 paying guests, + R$130.00 per additional guest per night *NEW YEAR'S EVE/2026: no more vacancies. Note: To close any of these special periods, complete the request to book with “1 guest” and, by message to the host, enter the actual number of guests, including children seven and older, and, if applicable, the Host will adjust the rate amount and send the quote with the corrected amount in the form of a “special offer” - the system does not automatically give the discount. DAY USE (from 8 am to 5 pm, or from 9 am to 6 pm): R$1,300.00, for up to 20 paying guests, + $65.00 for each additional guest ** Children aged 6 years and down are exempt from payment; those 7 years onwards pay normally. In the case of rental for parties or events whose number of participants will exceed the number of guests admitted by the specificity of the reservation, the daily rates will be differentiated and adjusted according to the number of people in excess; please consult before. When sending a message to make the inquiry, please inform the total number of additional people (including children aged seven and up) who will attend the event and/or stay overnight at the property. There is no cleaning fee or any other additional fees. All expenses for water, electricity and gas, as well as expenses and responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of the pool, are under the responsibility of the host.
