Our 3 Bedroom apartment is in the Historical Center of Montepulciano and inside a former Palace. The space Our 3 Bedroom Apartment, is at the beginning section of the historical center of Montepulciano and can accomodate up to 6 people. It is on the Second Floor of a former Palace. It has, FIBER OPTIC WIFI, high ceilings, large windows in each room and magnificent views of Tuscany. The Living Room has very comfortable leather couches, and a New Flat Screen TV. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms. It has a New Kitchen with new appliances such as Dishwasher, Stovetop, Stove and Refrigerator. There is a large Granite Top Dining Room table which can accommodate 6 people and has exquisite views of Tuscan Countryside. We have enjoyed watching several gorgeous Sunsets while having some of the local red wine and enjoying our meals in this Dining Room. Master Bedroom has been decorated in a very stylish manner with Queen size brass bed, plush comfortable mattress, plush pillows, Ceiling Fan, New Large Armoire, New Dresser and sitting areas. There are some amazing views of the Tuscan countryside and rolling hills out of the Master Bedroom Window as well. Living Room has high ceilings, two large windows with views of street, restaurants and shops, leather couches and a 40 inch Flat Screen TV. There are two additional bedrooms which have Ceiling Fans, New Furniture, New mattresses, plush pillows and soft linens. Apartment has two Bathrooms. The Large Bathroom has a bathtub and shower enclosure. Second Bathroom with Shower, Sink and Toilet. Soft Plush Towels and toiletries provided. Guest access Our Guests will have use of the entire Apartment and will be only for their use. Other things to note Great Gelateria with delicious gelato is right across from our building. It is a short walk to restaurants, cafes and Market. There are fabulous Leather stores with quality leather products such as shoes, bags and purses. There are many beautiful old Churches and Museums. The town of Montepulciano requires that each guest pay a tourist tax of 2 euro per person per night. The maximum nights that can be charged this tax is for 7 nights.
