The main entrance leads to an open plan area featuring a living room with a fire place, the dining area and fully equippted kitchen, all put together to ensure comfort and convenience. The interiors are spacious with numerous openings that provide maximum exposure to natural sunlight. The traditional wood beam celings, wooden floors, stone arches and the rustic touch add charm and charisma to the villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned with wooden floors and all lead to their own veranda, providing an open yet private way to enjoy the amazing veiws of the pool(7mx4m)and garden and spectacular blue of the sky and sea. Just outside the kitchen is a spacious BBQ area covered by a wood beam pergola fitted with a built in couch and a large table inviting guests to fully unwind in pure tranquility. No. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then book free dates immediately using 'Instant Book.' • HOW WILL WE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT? To organize your smooth check-in, please send us your flight details/flight number or ferry name, port of departure, and arrival time. Then we'll calculate and suggest a time for your check-in. If there is a delay in your trip, call the number we will send you after your reservation. Check-in can be arranged anytime from 16.00pm onward. On the day you arrive, we will be waiting for you at the Villa. We will ensure you're comfortable, give you keys, help you with orientation, and answer any other questions. • CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT? We always accommodate these, if possible, for you. We can only confirm when the guests on either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times. We'll make sure to note your request and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can leave your luggage and bags with us before check-in or after checkout, and we will keep them safe. If late checkout is possible, an extra small charge applies; divide your daily rate by 14 (hours) to calculate the amount for every additional hour you stay. • CAN YOU ORGANISE AIRPORT or PORT PICK-UP? We recommend that you arrive with your transfer already organized because a taxi would be difficult to find, especially in the high season. Uber or similar apps don't exist in the islands in general. We can organize a transfer for you; a one-way transfer costs around 10 EUR per person (minimum cost 50 EUR) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 12 passengers. We will organize the driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport holding a sign with your name on it. • DO YOU HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES NEARBY OR ANYWHERE ELSE? Yes, we do have other villas & houses around the island. Please check the Quality Brand Villas to find out what else is out there. • WE WANT TO COOK AT THE VILLA. The kitchen is fully equipped. Family-sized fridge/freezer, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, cook's knives, and all utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, and water bottles are complimentary. You can do your first shopping from one supermarket before you check in and stock up on the Villa. We will let the driver know to wait for you. • IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED? 100% yes! We take cleanliness seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings. Every year, we maintain and upgrade things to all our villas. • WILL WE HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL? Yes! The swimming pool is private. The pool will be exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience. • IS THE VILLA NON-SMOKING? Yes, all our properties are non-smoking. We have plenty of space and many balconies around. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. • IS THE VILLA CHILD FRIENDLY & SAFE? Absolutely, yes. The speed connection is perfect for browsing and streaming. • DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS? Yes. Each bathroom has hair shampoo, body bath, soap, cotton wool, bath towels, hand towels, and beach/pool towels. Also, you'll find a hair dryer. • IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING? We have an air conditioning system in all bedrooms plus the Living room, so the Villa is entirely air con.
