Vacation home in a quiet location - Internet and bicycles included - Completed in 2018, the Sonnendeck 36 vacation home has been welcoming our guests ever since. 4 adults and 1 child (crib up to 12 years old) can be accommodated here. We can also offer a baby crib with mattress, as well as a high chair for the smallest members of your family. The vacation home is bright, friendly and modernly furnished. Many comfort highlights should sweeten your stay with us. A hot tub The space in the bathroom and a sauna house with shower in the garden offer relaxation and wellness. 2 smart TVs, home theater system, Blueray player, radios, a game console, board games and various books ensure that there is no boredom regardless of the weather. The fireplace in the living room and a fireplace in the garden provide romantic hours. On the large terrace you will find an awning, as well as a dining area and a kettle grill. In the garden behind the house you have a wonderful view over wide fields. Great sunsets and moments await you here. The sympathetic holiday home is located in the center of Breege on the edge of a large cornfield and offers a magnificent view of the adjacent nature. On foot you can reach the yacht and fishing port of Breege on Breeger Bodden. From here you can start day trips to Hiddensee, the Störtebecker Festival or various round trips with the Breeger ferry. The house has very good insulation, thermal glazing and shutters. This combination ensures moderate temperatures on hot days and warmth in the evening or on cooler days. Enjoy the warmth of a real fire in the fireplace with your loved one and a good glass of wine! Of course, this vacation home is equipped with an Internet connection. The WiFi is available to our guests free of charge. For your mobility on site, we will provide you with a men's and a women's bike. You can charge your hybrid or electric vehicle at the new electric charging station. Please note that in addition to the overnight price and depending on the season and age of our guests, a tourist tax is payable. The property is not fenced, but it is separated from the neighboring properties by privacy screens and planting. You will receive one sauna token per night. With this, the sauna can be used for 4 hours. First floor: The open-plan living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen gives you a feeling of spaciousness. The floor-to-ceiling window and door elements open the view to the terrace and garden. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine on the first floor. By the way: In order to further increase the comfort and the feel-good factor, especially during longer stays in the vacation home, a vacuum cleaner robot is now available to our guests. In the future, leave the cleaning to the little everyday helper while you devote yourself entirely to your vacation. Two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed and in addition there is a crib in one of the bedrooms. There is also a baby crib and highchair on site. A well-designed bathroom with a hot tub - without towels - and tasteful furnishings leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the hot tub in the upstairs bathroom with all your senses. In addition to an air massage, it also offers water massage jets. A wellness light and a radio provide a relaxing atmosphere. Another guest toilet is on the first floor. Right in front of the house is our large terrace. On the terrace furniture, you can make yourself really comfortable with a glass of wine and bright sunshine while watching sausage & steak cooking on the kettle grill. The electric awning provides shade when needed. As soon as dusk sets in, make yourself comfortable by our fire pit and discuss together what the next day may bring. In the area behind the house you will find the garden. Let your gaze wander over wide fields and enjoy magical summer sunsets. Two super comfortable and stable sun loungers await you. Here you can indulge in a relaxing afternoon nap in the fresh air or simply read a book in peace. You will also find our steam sauna with its own massage shower. Here you can sweat out everyday life at up to 90°C. The massage shower is not only used for cooling, but also massages your back with a strong jet of water. A wellness light and a radio complete the wellness program. Directly on the property of the house you will find space for up to 2 cars. You can park your vehicle here without worries. An 11 kW wallbox is available for charging electric vehicles (billed separately according to consumption). Location: Quiet and in the middle of the quaint fishing village of Breege - not far from the harbor. The location right on the field guarantees beautiful sunsets.
