The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table set for 6 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter giving you options for dining. Off the dinging room is a patio with a gas BBQ, outdoor table and chair set and some lounge chairs that are perfect for relaxing as you listen to the ocean and smell that salt air. In the large garage you'll find multiple bikes that are great for ridding around in the Shorepine Village paved street neighborhood or ridding up to Cape Kiwanda. You are walking distance to miles of Sandy Beaches and many walking trails. You'll find all 3 bedrooms upstairs. A spacious king primary bedroom with a full bath, and flat screen TV, across the hall is a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a kids room with a full over twin bunk bed. Here is some important information everyone should know: Vehicle parking is only allowed in the overflow parking area and home's paved driveways/garages. Incorrectly parked vehicles will be towed at the guests’ expense. Shorepine has signage throughout the Village addressing No Parking on Roads and includes towing company contact information for homeowners to call. Fire and Fire Pits: Open flames are not allowed in the Village other than propane grills, which should be moved away from any structure when in use. All fire pits, whether it is propane or wood, are not allowed. In addition, no fireworks are allowed in the Village. Thank you for your cooperation!
