Located on beautiful downtown Bellefonte, you're being close enough to the Museum, Library, Post Office, Bank (2 min walking), Waffle Shop, Governors Pub, Pizza Mia Pizzeria, Axemann Brewery, Court House Pub, Talleyrand Park and more (3 min walking). Only 17 min to Beaver Stadium by car. It’s an old house well maintained and comfortable. Guest access Guests are welcome to use outdoor grill and if need washer and dryer please contact me to arrange. It’s located in the garage. Other things to note Be aware we have a kid and sometimes will be noise. I also work very early morning and will be leaving home before 4am most of the days (noise may be made early morning while I get ready to work). We run a small business and we have a Food Truck. Our comercial kitchen is in the first floor. Some weekends we have events or catering to do and maybe some smell of food can reach the third floor where is the apartment. The parking lot beside the house is PUBLIC. We use to tell our guests they can park there (if available) or in my driveway in the other side of the house with some arrangements to don’t block each other. It can fit 5 cars. Let us know if you need more than 1 parking spot. The bathroom is tiny but cozy. The bathtub has some stain marks (its not dirty). We bought the house like that and didn’t have opportunity to remodel the bathroom in full yet. PS: leave the dirt towels and sheets in the bathroom floor or on the bed before you leave.
