Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The villa is quietly located just outside the centre of this well-known spa town and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Üeß. Renovated in 2022, it has several balconies, a garden and various outdoor areas to relax. Despite the peaceful setting, everything is close by: a bakery, cafés, restaurants, parks and the famous sauna complex are just a 2-minute walk away. Hiking trails start right outside the house. The Moselle is about a 7-minute drive away The space Villa Bad Bertrich was completely renovated in 2022 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay. From various rooms and balconies, you can enjoy views of the mountains of Bad Bertrich and the Üeßbach. Around the house, there are several areas where you can sit outside, enjoy a meal or relax in the sun. The villa has its own free parking space for 1 car. From the parking area, a footpath with 10 steps leads up to the house. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom, a utility room where you can also store bicycles, and a separate play area for children. From the play area, you can access the rooftop terrace, which we have turned into a children's playground. The floor is covered with artificial grass and there are various play facilities, including a trampoline, slide and wooden playhouse. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with Smart TV, Netflix and Chromecast. A wood-burning stove is available for colder days. Firewood can easily be purchased at a DIY store or supermarket nearby. A special feature of the living room is the wall made of oak wood planks. The wood is approximately 110 years old and comes from a former potato barn in the Belgian Ardennes. From the living room, you enter the new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven. The kitchen is connected to the dining room, where there is a modern solid oak table made from a single tree slab with 10 chairs. This floor also has a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room, you can step onto the large balcony at the front of the house. From here, you can also access the garden and the terrace at the back. Among the rocks of the hillside behind the house, you can enjoy a meal or have a barbecue. There is also a separate wooden deck for those who enjoy the sun. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own balcony. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, one of them with a bathtub. **Included in the price:** * Bed linen * Towels * High chair and cot (please let us know in advance) * For stays longer than 1 week, you can use the washing machine. For shorter stays, use of the washing machine is available for an additional fee. Guest access You have access to the entire house, which is completely for you alone. Other things to note 1. Tourist tax of €2,20 p.p.p.n. is due, here you get a guest card that gives free admission or discounts for certain attractions / shops. You can also ask us for a parking ticket, this costs €3 per day per car. By the way, we have 1 own parking space. These costs should be transferred before arrival and we will send you the card and parking tickets by mail. 2. In the colder months you can buy wood for the woodstove at cost price, the use of the woodstove is very simple and safe, provided of course that you observe the safety instructions. We can always help you if you have no experience with it.
