Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away. The space The house has a beautiful view of the mountains of Bad Bertrich and the Ueßbach. There is a private free parking space for 1 car or 2 smaller cars, from here you walk via a walkway (with 10 steps) towards the stately home. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a scullery for storing bicycles and a playroom for children (from September). From the playroom you can access the roof terrace, which we have renamed the children's playground. It is covered with artificial grass and there are some children's toys like a trampoline, slide and a real wooden playhouse. On the first floor is spacious living room with Smart TV that has Netflix and a chromecast. There is a wood stove for the colder days (you can buy wood in the construction market). One wall is covered with oak planks, these are 110 years old and come from a potato shed in the Belgian Ardennes. From the living room you have access to the new kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven). The kitchen is also connected to the dining room, where you will find a modern oak table with 10 chairs. Also on this floor you will find 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room you can walk onto the large balcony at the front, from the balcony you can access the cosy little garden, where you can enjoy a meal and barbecue between the rocks of the mountain behind. We have also made a decking for the sun worshippers. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with their own balcony. Here are also 2 bathrooms of which 1 with bathtub. In price included: *Bed linen *Towels *High chair and cot (please indicate in advance) *When staying longer than 1 week you can run a laundry, for a shorter stay this is for a fee. Guest access You have access to the entire house, which is completely for you alone. Other things to note 1. Tourist tax of €2,20 p.p.p.n. is due, here you get a guest card that gives free admission or discounts for certain attractions / shops. You can also ask us for a parking ticket, this costs €3 per day per car. By the way, we have 1 own parking space. These costs should be transferred before arrival and we will send you the card and parking tickets by mail. 2. In the colder months you can buy wood for the woodstove at cost price, the use of the woodstove is very simple and safe, provided of course that you observe the safety instructions. We can always help you if you have no experience with it.
