There is a small utility area with a sink, kitchen cupboard space and microwave. Dining Room Large table and chairs to seat up to twelve people comfortably Sitting Room Large sitting room with a comfy corner sofa and armchair, wood burner, music system, large TV with DVDs. Games Room Wonderful games room with a snooker table, two sofas and a large TV, children's toys. Bedroom One Double bed, en suite with large power shower and bath, WC and basin. Dressing area which houses a travel cot Downstairs cloakroom WC and basin First Floor Bedroom Two Twin beds Bedroom Three Double bedroom, en suite with power shower, WC and basin Bedroom Four Master bedroom en suite with a power shower and bath, two basins and WC Family bathroom Large power shower and bath, basin and WC Bedroom Five Double bedroom, en suite with power shower, WC and basin Bedroom Six Double bedroom Garden A wonderful large garden with a secluded swimming pool (open 1st June - 31st August), triple open cart bay garage, stable block and two stables. Accessibility There is a ground floor bedroom/bathroom but the house has not been specifically set up for wheelchair / accessibility needs. There are steps down to the front and side door. There are also a couple of steps into the sitting room on the ground floor. Parking There is a large tarmac driveway and car port. Guest access You have the entire house and grounds to yourself throughout your stay. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as swimming pool towels in the Summer. Infant friendly- there is 1 travel cot and 1 highchair available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this are not provided) Dog friendly - up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £25 per dog. This property has a sloping tarmac driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. Wood burner is located in reception room Terrace area with table, chairs, parasol and large gas BBQ (available in the summer months). Outside swimming pool - Please kindly note that the pool closes August 31st and re-opens June 1st. The opening of the pool is very weather dependant, and please feel free to get in touch with our team if you have any questions about the opening times of the swimming pool. Please note there are neighbours close by so we ask that you respect their privacy, peace and quiet. A starter pack of sundries (toilet rolls, sponges, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, hand soap and washing up liquid) are provided but you may wish to bring more if you are staying for over a week.
