A fenced garden area, as well as a south-east terrace, with a large gas grill, invite you to spend the days and evenings outdoors. Inside, on the first floor, an open living area with fully equipped kitchen, bright dining area and cozy large living area with glazed fireplace awaits you. Free Wi-Fi in combination with an existing Fire TV Stick lets you enjoy your usual series experience effortlessly even on vacation. For karaoke fans, there is also a PS3 with various Singstar games and microphones. The windows are very well soundproofed, so there is no need to worry. ;) An open staircase leads to the upper floor. In the first bedroom, there is a large king-size bed with a continuous memory topper and a light alarm clock with radio function. Blackout curtains are installed in all bedrooms. In the second bedroom you will find a queen-size bed with a topper and exposed ceiling beams - simply cozy. A clock radio is also available here. The third bedroom has 2 90 × 200 beds with toppers that can be used individually or connected to a large bed. Or you can use it as a sofa or day bed if you are 2-4 people. There is also a hanging chair with mountain views and a desk. From here you can also get to our balcony where you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the mountains. There is also space for sports in the room, so it is good that you can book private yoga lessons with us on site in the house if you are interested. Sanitary facilities are available on both floors; on the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as on the upper floor a bathroom with whirlpool tub and a separate toilet. There is also a lockable room for storing skis or bicycles, which you are welcome to use. The cottage was built around 1920, last completely renovated in 2011 and renovated in 2020 and newly furnished and equipped. The latest upgrades, such as an extension of the terrace, a newly made stairway to the house and a newly created viewing area for the high chair, were "thanks" to the lockdown period in 2021. The house is within walking distance of the village center, shopping and the INNsola leisure pool.
