A fenced garden area, as well as a south-east terrace, with a large gas grill, invite you to spend your days and evenings outdoors. Inside, an open living area with fully equipped kitchen, bright dining area and cozy large living area with glazed fireplace awaits you on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi in combination with an existing Fire TV stick lets you enjoy your usual series experience without any hassle on vacation. For karaoke fans, a PS3 with various Singstar games and microphons is also available. The windows are very well soundproofed, so there is no need to worry. ;) An open staircase leads to the top floor. In the first bedroom there is a large king-size bed with continuous memory topper and a light alarm clock with radio function. Blackout curtains are attached to all bedrooms In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed with toppers and open roof beams - just cozy. A radio alarm clock is also available here. The third bedroom features 2 90x200 beds with toppers that can be used individually or can be joined to a large bed. Or you can use it as a sofa or day bed if you are 2-4 people. In addition, there is the hanging chair with mountain views and a desk. From here you can also reach our view balcony where you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the mountains. There is also space for sports in the room, so it is good that, if you are interested, on site in the house, you can book private yoga lessons with us. On both floors there are sanitary facilities available; on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as on the upper floor a bathroom with whirlpool tub and a separate toilet. There is also a lockable room for storing skis or bicycles, which you are welcome to use. The holiday home was built around 1920, last renovated in 2011 and renovated in 2020 and has been newly furnished and equipped. Newest upgrades, such as an extension of the terrace, a newly made stairway to the house and a newly created viewpoint for the perch, were "thanks" to the lockdown time in 2021. The house is within walking distance of the village center, shopping and the Innsola leisure pool.
