Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. In our 70 m² ground floor apartment in the countryside, you can relax and unwind. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to the fair in Frankfurt. Dreieich-Offenthal train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything from bathroom to kitchen. The use of the terrace is excluded. The space The apartment has bright and spacious rooms, all stylishly and modernly furnished with an eye for details. The bedroom offers plenty of storage space in the closet and thanks to the quiet environment it is wonderfully restful sleep in the large double bed (160x200). Bed linen is of course also provided for both beds. In the living room, the cozy sofa can be extended into another bed. The 55 inch Smart TV offers entertainment and invites you to relax in the evening. The dining table can be used for cozy dinners with family or friends as well for working. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking with electric stove, hood, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and of course cooking utensils. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with sink, toilet and a rain shower. Towels, hygiene products such as shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer are of course provided. A washing machine is available for your use in the laundry room in the basement. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal, only the use of the terrace is excluded. Other things to note The flat is conveniently located in Dreieich-Offenthal, quiet at night but well connected to all major cities in the area. The train station is in walking distance walking 350m) as well as essential shops (eg. Bakeries etc.). Trains to Frankfurt go every half-hour during the week and take roughly 30min to Frankfurt main station. In case you’re traveling by car you can use the parking space directly on the premises. Getting around by car: the Autobahn A661 is 5km away, you can get to Frankfurt (ca. 20km) or take the A3 towards East/West or South towards Darmstadt (ca. 20km). Furthermore you can take the A5 which is 10km away. The airport is close as well (ca. 25 km) and easy to reach with the direct bus connection in walking distance (400m) or per car. It is only a 25min drive to the airport Frankfurt. To the fair Frankfurt and the main station (approx. 30km) the travel time by car is also about 30min.
