Welcome to our new, comfortable apartment located in the tranquil area of Orasac, just a 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik. The space Apartment Ladisic is situated in the picturesque village of Orasac, just 12 km from Dubrovnik. If you’re seeking peace and tranquility, you’ve found the perfect spot. The apartment has been newly decorated and features one bedroom with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower/toilet. It is equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. The living room, also air-conditioned, opens onto the balcony and a large terrace with a table and chairs, offering a lovely sea view. You will also have access to a washing machine. The nearest beach is about a 15-20 minute walk down the hill through a serene pine forest, and it is not crowded. From there, we can arrange a boat transfer to the nearby island of Lopud, known for its beautiful sandy beaches. If you’re arriving by car, you can reach various beaches in the area within a 5-minute drive. Guest access Guests have access to a parking space and laundry facilities. Other things to note The grocery shop is just a 5-minute walk away, while a larger supermarket is about a 5-minute drive from the property. If you're looking for a variety of restaurants and bars, you can find them at the Sun Gardens Resort, located approximately 3 minutes by car from our house, or in the nearby areas of Zaton Veliki and Zaton Mali. Additionally, the Household Savonari is only a 2-minute walk away.
