Appealing, bright and lovingly designed 80 sqm apartment with 3.5 rooms for max. 4 holiday guests (+ opt. 1 cot) for rent as a vacation home. The apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance. It has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms (one double bed each, 160 x 200), 1 reading room, kitchen, shower room and a terrace with seating furniture plus pads and a barbecue. Our Gründerzeit villa is located near the pedestrian tunnel on the North Baltic Sea Canal. The space Several shops are within walking distance in ten minutes, and it takes about twenty minutes to walk to the city center. Please do not smoke our guests in the apartment. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. Final cleaning 50€
