The space Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the upper floor: 2 double beds (160 cm x 200 cm), 1 sofa bed for 1 person (85 cm x 190 cm). For the little ones we have a Zewidecke 90 x 200 cm. Living room: 1 Schramm sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) for 2 people. All beds are made and the bed linen is included in the price. Living room: A spacious living room with kitchen, long windowsill and sofa invites you to a cozy get-together. From the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs you can enjoy the wonderful view. The high-quality sofa from the quality brand Schramm is ideal for sleeping for 1-2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a DAB radio (with Bluetooth), various readings and games. Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped and has: hot air oven (2 baking sheets), glass ceramic stove with 4 hobs, fridge with small freezer compartment, 3 pans, 2 frying pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Bathroom: In the bathroom (upper floor) you will find a shower/toilet/sink and a towel radiator. Terry towels are available and included in the price. In the garden you will find a fountain with running cold water. Other things to note On the neighboring property next door, 25 houses will be built from April (residential houses). The cottages can only be booked on request from April to November 2025. Our houses are considered managed vacation apartments. The Disentis and Breil/Brigels ski resorts are 11 km from our cottages. Andermatt-Sedrun is 25 kilometers away and also easily accessible by train.
