Enjoy your family dream vacation in the beautiful Tyrolean Unterland. The 112 m² Apart Dahoam is very central and well located. Lake Achensee, the Ziller Valley and the Alpbachtal Valley are only 10 minutes away by car. Schwaz, Wörgl, Wattens, Innsbruck and Kufstein are also very close. Apart Dahoam is a great starting point for skiing, hiking, cycling and many other activities and excursions. Arrive, sit back and feel at home in our modern and cozy apartment. The space The family apartment offers a top modern kitchen with large cooking island, large fridge (including freezer compartments), oven, microwave and large dining table. In the living room, you will find an inviting sofa bed, a 60" flat screen and a gaming console. Both master bedrooms feature box-spring double beds, while the children's room has a large 3-story bunk bed (suitable for children & teenagers). The bathroom has a large double sink, shower, bathtub and bidet. A separate toilet is available. The terrace with spacious seating and the garden with children's play tower invite you to linger. The bicycle room (including charging option), the ski boot dryer and a secure place for your skis are ready for you. Charging option/socket for electric car available. Max. occupancy: total of 8 persons (plus baby). -max. 6 adults or - max. 7 children -1 baby (baby bed on request) The price of our apartment depends on the person. Guest access The entire apartment, as well as the terrace and the garden can be used Other things to note Damage deposit: €200 in cash; will be returned no later than 3 days after departure. Parties are strictly forbidden. Visiting the apartment is only allowed with prior confirmation from the landlord.
