Welcome to Nature's Haven, a delightful retreat nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains within a secure gated community. We're thrilled to offer you a warm and inviting home away from home, filled with amenities to make your stay truly memorable. Nature's Haven is ideally located near the Pocono Shopping Outlet, Kalahari Resorts, Mount Airy Casino, and Camelback Mountain, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. Conveniently, grocery shopping is just a few miles away. The space OUR HOME: With 4 bedrooms, our house provides ample space for your group to relax and unwind. We can comfortably fit up to 12 guests, and 4 cars and our permit does not allow for more than that. ★ Primary Room 1: King bed and a crib (with a maximum weight limit of 50lb), Roku Smart TV, ensuite bathroom ★ Bedroom 2: Queen bed & pack n' play, Roku Smart TV ★ Bedroom 3: 2 twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. ★ Bedroom 4: King bed and a twin bed. Amazon Prime Smart TV Bedding & pillows are included for each bed, except for the crib and pack n' play. Extra blankets and pillows are available. ★ Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioners during the summer months. You'll find 2.5 bathrooms in our house, offering convenience and privacy for all guests. The half bath is conveniently on the first floor. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth it provides. Outside, gather around the fire pit and create lasting memories under the starry sky. The fire pit is our favorite place to connect with each other during summer months. We also provide 2 charcoal grills, available for guest use! Our hot tub is open year round, and is big enough for 7 guests! With the sky above you open, the hot tub is the perfect place for skygazing in all seasons. Please be sure to read the hot tub rules prior to entering. As our guest, you'll have access to a game room where fun and friendly competition await. Shoot some hoops on the basketball court or showcase your skills on the pool table. The fooseball table is a recent addition, that can create quite the competition! In case of a rainy day, our home offers an abundance of board games and the game room for indoor entertainment. We have cards, trivia, and so much more. Additionally, a smart TV in the living room allows you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances to make your stay easier. We offer a blender, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, microwave, hot water heater, and even molds to create your own popsicles! We do our best to make sure our home is comfortable for families, including a crib, pack n' play, children's dishes/utensils/cups, toys, and children's books. However, please note there are stairs in the home, and the house is not baby proofed. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Our gated community offers seasonal amenities, including 4 refreshing pools, a beach, basketball courts, tennis courts, mini-golf, 2 scenic lake for boating, and playgrounds for the little ones. Please note that access to these amenities requires a "purple pass", which can be obtained at the Welcome Center, and brought to the pool to purchase swimming passes, for a nominal fee of $12 per person per day. Waterfront amenities are open Memorial Day- Labor Day, 11:00AM-7:00 PM, and are weather dependent. NEARBY: Nature's Haven is ideally located near the Pocono Shopping Outlet, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari Resorts, Mount Airy Casino, and Camelback Mountain, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. The Poconos has so much to offer that will make your stay truly special. With 4 Seasons amenities, including indoor water parks, snow tubing, hiking, fishing, biking, skiing, snow tubing, NASCAR viewing, casinos, and the fall foliage - the Poconos truly has it all! Forgot it at home? Want to cook for your family? Our home is conveniently located with grocery shopping, Wal-Mart, the gym, and more within just a few miles. We are also nearby Tobyhanna State Park, which offers free entry to their lake, and has boat rentals available. Guest access All areas of the house, except the master closet, a small closet in the game room and the crawlspace, are available for your use. Other things to note Your safety and security are important to us. For your peace of mind, we have OUTDOOR cameras solely for guest and property security, along with a convenient Ring doorbell. All cameras are facing away from the house, and cannot see indoors. We kindly request that guests refrain from altering the security systems and respect the provided Wi-Fi. In case of any controllable issues that require someone to come and fix, there will be a fee associated with resolving them. We would like to remind you that our property is not pet-friendly, without prior written approval, as we aim to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fee, along with an additional cleaning fee. To ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, parties and unregistered guests are not permitted on-site. We kindly request that you observe the strict no-smoking and no-fireworks policy, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests. Should these rules be broken, an additional fee of $250 will be charged, plus any damages or extra cleaning fees. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all and we kindly request that you respect our neighbors during quiet hours, which are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please use the hot tub with care and respect. It is recommended that the hot tub not be used alone, for guests of any age, for safety reasons. Guests are not permitted to drink from glass cups near the hot tub, and are not permitted to add anything to the hot tub. Please shower before hot tub use, to prevent any lotions and creams from going into hot tub water. The hot tub must remain covered when not in use. Please only uncover the hot tub, using the metal cover lifter. Any extra cleaning required due to misuse of hot tub or cover, will result in an extra fee that will be collected from the guest. Hosts are not responsible for any injury that results from misuse of hot tub. Should there be any interruptions to hot tub use during your stay that are beyond the control of the host, refunds may not be provided. ★ As per community regulations, we kindly ask you to provide the names of all individuals in your party, regardless of age, as well as the make, model, year, license plate number of each vehicle. This information must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to comply may result in a late fee of $125 charged by the community. We are happy to share the form with you, so you can view the required information that needs to be sent. ★ To gain entry into the community, all arriving vehicles must have a printed copy of their registration and a valid driver's license. Simply bring these documents to the welcome center upon your arrival to receive a gate pass. The gate pass must be visibly displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay in the community.
