Elegant apartment in old town hall for 8 guests

The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building from 1902. The 127 m2 apartment served as the town hall from 1917 to 2005. From the entrance area you come into the large kitchen with a dining area for up to 8 people. It is the ideal place for a get-together. Passing the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower with rain shower, two sinks and toilet, you enter the living room. Make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa during a TV or games evening. From the living room you have access to the large balcony with seating and a great view of the village and the surrounding countryside. A garden is available for shared use, e.g. for barbecuing (charcoal grill). Outside the property, on the opposite side of the street, there is a large playground for children. Three separate bedrooms and an additional living room offer enough space to sleep and retreat. From the living room with a sofa bed and additional TV, you can access two bedrooms, each with a 180×200 double bed, clothes storage and a reading chair. A room with two 90×200 single beds leads directly off the hallway. During the refurbishment of the large and light-flooded apartment in the old town hall of Cranzahl, attention was paid to the use of natural materials and a good indoor climate. Clay plaster on the walls, doors made of larch wood and herringbone parquet give the apartment its very special character. Natural materials were used as much as possible for the restrained furnishings. Furniture made from old wood, imperfect individual pieces, puristic decoration and natural colors characterize the "Wabi-Sabi" furnishing style. We offer our guests keyless access to the apartment. Other equipment highlights are a modern entertainment system, 4k TV devices and WiFi. Guest access The apartment is for exclusive use for our guests. Other things to note TOURIST TAX The city of Sehmatal charges a tourist tax that must be paid separately. ONLINE CHECK-IN To facilitate a hassle-free check-in, registration is required prior to arrival. PARKING FACILITIES There are parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby high chair and a baby travel cot. Dogs are welcome in the accommodation, we will kindly ask for a fee.
