If you are looking for a few quiet days to relax, sleep and enjoy or prefer an active weekend for hiking, mountain biking, swimming or sightseeing - then you are in the very idyllically located Swabian village of Utzstetten. The space The apartment is a new building that was completed in 2022 and is located in the basement of an outbuilding that can be reached on the ground floor. The 24m² living area has a sleeping area, daylight bathroom, a fully equipped, modern kitchenette and a dining area that can also be used as a workplace. A comfortable sofa invites you to watch TV and relax. The 5 m² terrace with south-west orientation grants a relaxing view of nature, nearby forests and beautiful sunsets to watch. Guest access You can reach the accommodation via an entrance hallway, which is shared with other holiday guests. Other things to note The prices are per night incl. Additional costs, beds, towels and dish towels. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €30 per stay.
