Relax on the Swabian Ostalb! Sit back and relax – in our quiet, modern 24 m² accommodation, completed in 2022. Whether big or small, young or old, there is something for everyone here. If you are looking for a few quiet days to relax, sleep in and enjoy or prefer an active weekend for hiking, mountain biking, swimming or sightseeing - then you are in the right place in the very idyllic Swabian village of Utzstetten. The space The apartment is a new building that was completed in 2022 and is located in the basement of an outbuilding that can be reached at ground level. The 24 m² living area has a sleeping area, daylight bathroom, a fully equipped, modern kitchenette and a dining area which can also be used as a workplace. A comfortable sofa invites you to watch TV and relax. The 5 m² terrace with a south-west orientation provides a relaxing view of nature, nearby forests and allows you to watch beautiful sunsets. Guest access The property can be accessed by an entrance hall which is shared with other vacation guests. Other things to note Prices are per night incl. utilities, made beds, towels and dish towels. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €30 per stay.
