This is a private suite with a forest-facing walkout entrance below and at the back of the main house, with private entrance. Guest access Our property is located on a mountain neighborhood loop. AWD strongly encouraged in winter months. Roads are well-maintained. Parking to the left of the garage dedicated to the guest suite. You may also park in the circle drive, as long as it doesn't block the garage entrance or other vehicles. Walk next to the left of the house, down to the private walk-out entrance at the back of the house. Other things to note AWD and good tires are strongly encouraged in months with inclement weather. Roads are well-maintained, but you will be driving up winding roads to an elevation of 9100'. Please hydrate and plan accordingly. Nearest grocery store is 30 minutes away.
