This modern apartment offers space for up to six people on 100 m² and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen with dining area. Enjoy relaxing hours on the spacious terrace with garden furniture. Other things to note On the ground floor of this end holiday home part is the bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with an oven, freezer, Nespresso capsule machine and kettle. From here you can step out onto the terrace with the typical Sylt beach chair (seasonal) and outdoor furniture. Now it is only a few steps to the log sauna, which is available for your exclusive use in your front yard. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. In the basement are two of the three bedrooms, of course with cozy box spring beds and flat screen. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level. The third bedroom is located on the first floor. Also the second bathroom with shower. A parking lot is located at the cottage. A well-behaved dog is allowed after prior registration (€10,- per animal/day). The cottage participates in the partner program Sylt Go Mobility, which means you will receive the bus tickets for free. You can drive with it throughout the island during your stay.
