Our light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is ideal for families or 2 couples sharing The space Casa Chill out is actually a 3 bedroom house but when we let it as a 2 bedroom we lock the smaller third bedroom and pass the saving on to you. You still have the house to yourselves and the use of all the outdoor areas. It is set in a lovely urbanisation with well tended pretty gardens. The house is perfect for relaxing on the terrace or balcony, lovely views, barbeque and recliners yet it still walkable to Nerja centre . The best of both worlds- just perfect. The pool is a short stroll from Casa Chillout. It is actually 2 pools behind one gated entrance. There is also a sauna that is sometimes available. There is a small and extremely well stocked shop a short stroll from the house. The lounge has a comfy sofa , A/C, a 50 inch screen TV with many channels to choose from. Free Wifi with a good speed ( 1GB) is provided. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size hob and oven and an integrated fridge and granite worktops. We have a filtered water tap so no need to carry heavy bottles of drinking water. There is also a utility room with a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The shower room with walk in shower is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a full suite and shower mixer over the bath. The double bedroom has A/C , fitted wardrobes and a lovely balcony with stunning views. The twin bedroom again has air-con and ample wardrobe space plus the option to have the twin beds made up as a super kingsize double if you prefer. There is also a back patio area with another dining table and chairs and a barbeque. The back Patio is fully enclosed and the front patio is pretty much escape proof too ( unless your pet/ child can jump over the gate !!) We have an excellent English speaking management company who can help with airport transfers. Highchair, cot and beach towel hire can also be arranged. Parking is free and just a couple of minutes from the house. Please note- We would not be held responsible for any nearby building works, as this is out of our control. Guest access The house actually has 3 bedrooms but when the house is let as a 2 bedroom we lock the smaller bedroom and you have the whole of the house and out door areas to yourselves. Perfect for 2 couples sharing or a family. Other things to note It is a nice walk into the center of Nerja or a taxi cost about 7 euros. There is also a bus costing 1 euro. A few mins walk from the house is a very well stocked shop.
