Notes on additional charges and fees: Please note that in New Year's Eve week the object can only be booked on a weekly basis at the fixed price, arrival/departure day flexible. 150,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rent (over New Year's Eve 200,- €). The security deposit will be refunded after the additional costs have been settled. Costs for electricity (0.40 EUR per kWh) and water (9.30 EUR per cubic meter) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Bed linen and bath linen, firewood can be ordered on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. Should a health certificate or the like be required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and submit it at the request of the authorities. Parking space in the vicinity of the house is available free of charge. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. The comfortably equipped house has a living area of about 75 m², spread over two levels and is designed for use with 4 people. It has two bedrooms. Sauna, whirlpool tub, electric underfloor heating and wood-burning stove invite you to use even in the cold season. Extra: Fly screens in every room. Child-proof outlets in the house. 2 28'bikes are available free of charge. Please note: The houses in the beach park are located in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.
