The space This private unit is the ground floor of a duplex nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a half mile from Historic Downtown Grass Valley and close to the Nevada County Fairgrounds and Empire Mine. The floor plan is open and spacious. Includes a large flat screen smart TV, high speed internet, kitchen with four burner gas stovetop and oven, full size fridge, Cal King pillow-top bed, closet, washer and dryer in the unit for your exclusive use, and tons of space to spread out. There is a sofa bed in the same room as the king bed providing additional sleeping options. We are pet and kid friendly! Dogs are welcome, all we ask is that you clean up after your pet, including dog poop outside, and do not leave your dog unattended if he/she barks. Parking couldn't be easier! Guaranteed spot for one car right next to the front door for your exclusive use. There is ample, free street parking at the end of the driveway if you need to park more than one vehicle. Please note we can only allow one vehicle to be parked on the property directly outside your front door - no exceptions. A portable crib can be requested. We have several toys available for the kids. There are two desks in separate workspaces. Two people could have teleconference calls with plenty of space and privacy between them as well as a door to shut between the two workspaces. One desk is an electronic sit/stand desk with a peaceful, quiet view of our front garden with the flowers and pine trees. One monitor is also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, microwave, utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a cute counter-top height island with four barstools. Outside your front door is a patio table with six chairs in a flat garden area. It's located in a sunny spot to enjoy the trees and sunshine. The bathroom includes all the necessities for your convenience, including fresh towels, toiletries, large mirror, and hairdryer. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with laundry soap. Important things to note: This is the ground floor of a duplex. We are above you and here to help if you have any questions or needs! Please do not have any loud parties and don't leave your dog unattended in the unit if he/she will bark. We will ask you to address any excessive, unusual noise promptly. There is central heating.
