FLEUDENBERG FARM - Variants depending on group size Option 1: 3 apartments for up to 12 people 2nd option: 4 apartments for up to 20 people - the entire farm just for you The 300-year-old farm is located in a secluded location surrounded by large trees and shrubs. Our natural garden offers numerous insects and birds a good habitat and a lot of relaxation. Children are welcome! Our amenities are very family-friendly. The space DRAUESSEN Enchanted paths take you past a biotope on a huge meadow overlooking the grazing sheep. The pond is fenced for safety, but you can access the jetty through a garden gate. On the spacious property there are numerous furnished terraces and benches to have breakfast or linger outside. Children's toys (tractor, Bobby Car, Puky, paddling pool, street chalk, etc.) are ready. In addition to plenty of space to play soccer or spikeball, the playground offers a small climbing frame with swings and slide, a sandbox, a playhouse and a fireplace. In the garden there is a second sandbox, on the terrace next to the vegetable bed is a large pizza oven. Of course, there is also a gas grill. A gas bottle is available to you free of charge. You can purchase firewood from us. In the evening you sit by the warm fire and look into the distance while your children slumber peacefully. Our rustic sauna is located next to the Klönstube, a common room with a large kitchen, sofa, fireplace and play corner for the little ones. ___________________________________ INSIDE OPTION 1 - Included in the offer are 3 apartments with a total of 6 bedrooms and the large shared kitchen. 1. OLD WASHHOUSE - detached small brick house in the garden with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds) - We recommend an occupancy of max. 4 people 2. EVERSCHOP - Vacation apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 baby cot) 3. UTHOLM - Apartment on the 1st floor on the right with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 x single bed, 1 sofa bed) All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, stair gates are available. Families with small children feel particularly comfortable with us. All apartments are equipped with a play kitchen, wooden blocks, children's books, step stool, baby bath and high chair. All kitchens have useful basic equipment (dish towels, paper towels, rags, sponge, dishwashing brush, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt & pepper). Crockery is available in large numbers. In the shared kitchen you cook on an extra-wide powerful induction stove, the kitchens of the apartments are equipped with a normal ceramic hob. Each group have their own area included Kitchen. In the garden and in the Klönstube you can linger and cook together. The price per night refers to the 2 small apartments and the Alte Waschhaus (total 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and the large shared kitchen. We offer this option for groups up to max. 12 people (including children/babies). If you are more than 12 people, please send us a request and not a reservation request! _____________________________________ OPTION 2 - the entire yard Large groups of up to 20 people have the opportunity to rent the entire yard with a total of 9 bedrooms to book, so no other guests and we hosts are not on site. In that case, there is the spacious host apartment with about 130 square meters. FLEUDENBERG - ground floor host apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 bunk bed (bottom 140cm wide at top 90cm wide) Please send us a request and information about the group size and age of the children. This will allow us to create a personalized offer for you. If necessary, the price will change only slightly, as we try to adjust the price accordingly through the fee for the additional guests. IMPORTANT!!! Through the normal booking function, it is not possible to book the entire yard, as Airbnb offers a maximum number of guests of 16 people, but we can accommodate 20 people. Guest access You have access to the laundry room, where the washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron and various cleaning utensils are available for you. There you will also find pads for the loungers and seat cushions/blankets for outside. Garden and sauna are accessible to all guests. The pond in the garden is fenced and only accessible via the jetty. Thus, infants (non-swimmers) can move freely in the garden. Other things to note Our cleaning company offers a laundry service (duvet cover, sheet, 1 large towel, 2 small towels) for €22/person. Alternatively, bring your own bed linens and towels.
