Nervi House

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea situated in Nervi, a charming village of the Levante Genovese. Excellent base for visiting the beautiful Cinque Terre and Genoa. The space The building in which the apartment is locate has a private exit on the promenade Anita Garibaldi. From the promenade, overlooking the sea, there are several possibilities for swimming and sunbathing. Far away just a few metres there is the beautiful park of Nervi. The rent also includes a car parking at the complete disposal of the guests. Near the house there are several shops: chemist, newsagent, grocery, bakery, restaurants. Finally, less than 1km from the house is the station of Nervi can also be reached by walking. The house is equipped with: sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, pans. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances: refrigerator, stove and oven. You can also use the washing machine, the TV.. She is a trusted local woman that will welcome you at the house and she will give you the keys. Unfortunately Melina do not speak english but only Italian language. We are going to give you some keys of the house: One of them is for the Anita Garibaldi promenade; the same key also opens the frontdoor. The black key opens the door of the apartment. We will also give you the key for both automatic gates To get out from the garage without using the key you can push the button on the right side of the gate. Push the button on the left of the gate if you need to open the second gate. At the lobby of the building you have 2 glass doors: the one at your right, having the lift on your back, is the one that take you to the promenade. Other things to note We want to tell you, because the Liguria's position, especially in some areas, trains move along the Ligurian coasts. About Nervi, particularly, all the house on front line or rather all the houses overlooking the sea (like our apartment) has the misfortune of having the train rails on the back, so if you are people particularly sensitive of noise, we want to suggest you not to reserve our house neither all the house on the fornt line. If you reserved our house and if you are going to reach it by car, we suggest you to read and print all the following information about hous to reach it: once you arrive in Nervi you have to walk along Via Capoluogo, a long main street, until you reach Sant'Ilario Pharmacy. There you have to turn right in Via Ancona. Enter the street, which immediately divides into two, and immediately keep to the right, then leave the black gate on the right and continue along the street until you find yourself passing under a small tunnel at the end of which you will find the intercom. Ring at number 17 and Mrs. Melina will open you the gate and welcome you. Remember that the tunnel is not particularly wide so pay close attention!
