The space This beautiful home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of traveling, business, or a romantic getaway. Ideal for reconnecting with friends, family, or colleagues, guests can bond by the private pool or spa or enjoy the serene backyard. The house is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. and features four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is detached from the main house and located near the patio, offering extra privacy. The main bedroom features a King-size bed and provides access to the main bathroom, while the other bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The second bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. For dining and entertaining, there are three dining tables with seating for 4–8 guests, as well as a pool table for added entertainment. The outdoor kitchen includes a wood-burning oven, grill, fresh herb garden, a small pond, and two covered patios—perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. The home is filled with inspiring, thoughtful, and unique artifacts collected over the years, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment options include three TVs with streaming capabilities, and the living room TV is complemented by a surround-sound system for an immersive viewing experience. An additional fee of $85 per person, per day applies for more than 6 guests, including visitors. *Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. Smoking is permitted in the backyard or patio only. *Pool & Spa Heating: Spa heating (up to 100°F) is available at no charge. Pool heating (up to 82°F, daytime use only) is available for $85 per day. *Pets: Pets are not allowed. However, small dogs (under 20 lbs.) may be considered with prior approval. If approved, a $50 per day per pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking. *Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply according to the booking platform’s cancellation policy. *Verification: Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and the same credit card used to make the reservation. *Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM *Noise & Parking: No large or loud parties. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed on the property. *Security Cameras: For safety and security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell with audio and video at the front entrance, as well as a camera facing the pool area for security and pool management. No cameras are located inside the home. *Host Availability: We live next door and are available to assist should any questions or issues arise during your stay when we can.
