Villa Theresa

220 meters above the Adriatic Sea overlooking the island of Krk lies the beautiful Croatian village of Donji Zagon with only 150 inhabitants (and a few tourists). At the end of the village, Villa Theresa stands in a garden of 1000 square meters. Nevertheless, everything you need for a wonderful holiday is very close by. You will find a sauna and in front of a heated jacuzzi. A barbecue with a dining area is at your disposal. It is not even 5 minutes to the sea. Infrastructure is very good The space The accommodation has two residential units, each with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. In the basement there is a bathroom, the sauna and another bedroom. The two apartments each also have a living sofa, so in each apartment there can be 6 people and, in addition to or optionally, the bedroom in the basement. Both apartments have a large south-facing balcony. The apartment on the 2nd floor also has a large north-facing balcony and a small balcony on one bedroom. The balcony also has a summer kitchen. The large garden is divided into a fenced garden, where there is also the barbecue area with complete garden kitchen and a natural garden. Guest access The whole house with pool, garden, sauna and hot tub is available for you. Other things to note One parking lot is available for three cars.
