Two kayaks & a canoe are available for you to explore the canals. The decks overlooking the water are the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail. Inside, enjoy the record player, board games, or have a movie night. The space Master bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower Second bedroom* Queen bed I Common space: Full-sized futon couch, guest bathroom with stall shower. *Please note the second bedroom is not connected to the central HVAC and has its own window a/c unit and space heater.  Agave House comfortably accommodates five people. This is the perfect spot for couples, girlfriend getaways, or small families. The house is family-friendly with age-appropriate amenities such as toys and games. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the deck and watch the geese meandering down the canal - or hop into one the kayaks or canoe and explore the water yourself. The canal leads out to Lake Granbury if you're feeling adventurous. For lunch, head to Granbury Square just ten minutes down the road for fresh local fare and unique shopping opportunities, including an independent bookstore. In the evening, you have access to chef-quality knives and cookware to prepare a meal on the gas stove. (Yes, really: an Airbnb that has sharpened knives!) Cap off the evening listening to records and playing boardgames in the lounge, or curl up on the couch and login to your favorite streaming account on the 4K UHD Smart Roku TV (No cable). Finally, snuggle up in one of the comfy memory foam beds; choose from a variety of pillows to get your perfect night's sleep. Children: You are welcome to bring children of any age, but please be aware that the house is not “childproof.” It is the parent's responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the property for their needs, and to ensure their children follow the house rules. Guest access Guests may access all rooms and all exterior spaces. Other things to note The property does not allow pets. Full size washer and dryer available for use in. Contactless check-in/check-out process provided with enhanced cleaning measures implemented for your safety. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. No parties/ smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames. We enjoy hosting families with children. Please use your best judgment when determining if our house is right for you. We have tried to make our cabin child friendly. We always suggest children be supervised by an adult at all times. The second bedroom is not connected to the central HVAC; it has its own window a/c unit and space heater.
