The house on the river

The quiet of a villa only 5 km from the beach of Albisola. My apartment is situated on the second floor of a house built by my father and recently remodeled. This is a perfect place to relax. The only sound you'll hear is the white noise of the water running in the nearby rivers. But the fun is very close: you can go to the beach during the day and relax at night, with a BBQ in the garden. Please be aware that there are some steps to climb and 50 meters to walk to access the house. The space My apartment is on the second floor of the villa and has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with three single beds. It has 5 more sleeping arrangements in the living room. It has a big kitchen, an office/entrance with a desk, bookshelves with many, many books in various languages, a spacious garden with bbq and playgrounds for your children. Linens and towels are available for a fee (€20 a stay). You can bring your own linens and towels or ask me to provide them. Guest access You'll have access to the apartment from an independent entrance end you'll enjoy the garden around the villa.
