Welcome to Meix-Gagnard, a lovingly renovated stable in Mervans, in the heart of Burgundy. Marianne & René warmly welcome families, friends, motorcycle and classic car friends. Our relaxed guesthouse offers charming rooms (upstairs of the apartment) with direct garden access, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space in the large garden with pool. Parking on the gravel area. Note: Steep stairs - not suitable for toddlers. Quietly located. Good beds. The space Each of our beautifully decorated rooms has tasteful decor, soft linens and includes all the modern amenities you need for a truly relaxing stay. 1 room 160 x 200 bed and second room three 90 x 200 beds, 2 are a bunk bed, very good (and praised) mattresses, high-quality linen, modern bathroom. Open living area with direct access to the garden/terrace. Cozy seating area, pétanque/boule court, quiet garden area, Wi-Fi (access on site). When you arrive the beds are made, and there are terry towels for inside. Cleaning cloths, drying towels, oven separating paper, 1 bottle of water and Nespresso capsules as a welcome. No overcrowding please. Marianne and René, your hosts, will take care of everything to make your stay a distinctive experience. You can park your vehicle in the gravel parking space. In the apartment, the rooms are on the upper floor, the kitchen and open living room have direct access to the garden or terrace. Important information: steep stairs; not suitable for toddlers Visitor rules: €15 per additional person; €30 per overnight guest; no anonymous guests No pets - no matter what size Other things to note The Meix-Gagnard is conveniently located (A39/A6, its own SNCF train station) and offers easy access to some of the most valuable sights and activities of Burgundy and Jura-Westfuss. Explore local vineyards, visit historic châteaux, enjoy a bike tour and hikes on the many scenic paths that crisscross the countryside. It is especially nice to explore the area by motorcycle in low-traffic Burgundy. When you return from your adventures, our lush garden with a pool offers the perfect place to relax. Enjoy the shade under our centuries-old trees, relax in the summer sun with a glass of Burgundy wine from the region or play a round of pétanque/boule with your friends on our in-house court. Please treat our house better than your own home. Use the wooden tables/chairs only on the terrace, leave the other furniture and blankets in the house. Shower BEFORE the bath in the pool with our outdoor shower and let your sweat and sunscreen flow into the shaft. If you have another idea, please talk to us briefly beforehand. Depending on the weather, a lot is possible. We are open to many ideas and have a lot hidden... If you want to invite friends to celebrate on our property, you must announce this beforehand. Visitor rules: We charge € 15 per visitor. Per overnight guest: (in the tent, in the car or on the sofa or extra bed) we charge an additional €30 to cover our costs.
