The space Our home is out of the hustle bustle of the city. We In In the country just 15 minutes from Chiangmai. It is quiet and serene with tropical gardens in a gated community of estates. Lovely and cozy with Thai decor in a garden setting. Large tiled bathroom with hot water shower. The room has air conditioning, well lit with ceiling fan, teak desk and is very clean and quiet with private entries on the ground floor with garden and patio settings. The room has easy access to the kitchen and dining areas. Guest access For breakfast guests can enter the kitchen and eat in the kitchen or dining room and enjoy the living room. The covered garden terrace can be enjoyed throughout the day or night. During your stay We love talking to our guest as I have lived here for nearly 16 years and my Thai wife is a native to Chiangmai and a great representative to the Northern Thai way of life. Should you wake early you can make breakfast where we can chat, answer questions about the local points of interest. My Thai wife has been a tour agent for many years and can help with setting up the best places to see and tours. Other things to note It is just 15 minutes or so from Chiangmai city. A short 10 minute walk to Thai restaurants, pool and tennis courts. Bike riding is available. We are just a 15 minute bike ride away from some unusual places to visit such as wild animals at the Night Safari, tropical gardens at the Royal Flora, a 9 hole golf course, and even our version of the Grand Canyon water park and an elephant sanctuary just minutes away. Further afield are dozens of other famous Chiangmai attractions. Use of stove requires cleaning or the could be an 80 baht cleaning fee if not cleaned as found. Access time maybe required. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs allowed in the room nor decks nor in the garden area. Outside the gate is OK. A motorcycle, motor scooters and bicycles are now available to rent for a small fee.
