Upon entering the vacation rental you are greeted by a bright open floor plan. Expansive windows offer natural lighting breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch placed near a fireplace and mounted flat-screen TV. As the coastal breeze picks up at night, light the gas fireplace to warm yourself and create a cozy ambiance. Curl up on the couch with a good novel or settle down for a movie at the end of the night. WiFi is also provided for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are tucked away, convenient for any swimsuits after a dip in the private hot tub. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A chef will thoroughly enjoy cooking scrumptious snacks and gourmet meals in here. Dine, drink, and spend quality time with your guests here. Glass doors lead out to the back deck nearby with a hot tub. The master bedroom is on the main level of the home. This bedroom has a King bed, has doors to the back deck, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and large vanity. Upstairs there are two guest bedrooms both with Queen beds. Two guest bathrooms are available, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. All guests must be 8+ years old for safety reasons. The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.
