Other things to note Surroundings The two-unit holiday home was newly built in 2012 and is located in a fantastic beach location just behind the dyke. Few steps separate you from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. At the same time, the property impresses with its central location. The center of Ahrenshoop with its numerous restaurants and shops as well as various shopping and galleries can be reached with a few meters of walking distance. To the semi-detached house This residential unit is set up to suit the seaside-style environment. The white color of the Baltic Sea beach and natural materials like wood continue in all rooms. On the ground floor you will find the light-flooded living room with a cozy sitting area, a large dining table and a fitted kitchen, which form the center of the vacation home. There is also a guest bathroom with shower/toilet and a small storage room on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm and 140 cm wide). Directly adjoining the luxurious bathroom with shower/toilet is the spacious roof terrace with two sun loungers and east orientation. Here you can already enjoy the morning sun and start the day with a wonderful breakfast. A terrace connects directly to the living area and is west-facing. Here, where you can hear the sea rushing and the seagulls scream, the holiday feeling immediately sets in.
