Dubbelduyn holiday farm beach Callantsoog

We rent a renovated accommodation in a beautiful old farmhouse ('t Botgat) within walking distance of the beach of Groote Keeten. You can enjoy the peace and nature here. The center of Callantsoog (3.2 km) can be reached within 5 minutes (by car) from our accommodation. The space Our accommodation in the farmhouse consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, sitting area with TV, dining area, wardrobe and washing machine. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has two separate single beds. Two bedrooms have a double bed. Guest access Entire house and private garden. The garden is fenced. Other things to note - The house is only rented for recreational purposes. - A hand cart can be used free of charge at the accommodation. - Cot and high chair are free of charge, if you wish to use them please let us know in advance. - Our changeover days are on Mondays and Fridays with the exception of public holidays. During the summer holidays (July 4 - August 31, 2025) there is only weekly rental. - Smoking is not allowed. - Open fire outside is not allowed. Extra costs (we will charge upon arrival): - You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us. A sheet package costs €10 and a towel package €5, please let us know in advance if you want to use this service. - Dogs are very welcome, we charge 15 euros per dog per night (maximum 2 dogs). Airbnb already calculates this and therefore does not need to be paid upon arrival. - Tourist tax €2.00 p.p.p.n.
