Other things to note Surroundings This newly built holiday home awaits you in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The network of bike paths leads right past the house and thus invites you to extensive cycling and hiking tours. Through the unspoiled Darßwald, it is almost six kilometers to the west beach. The neighboring town of Born offers you a good infrastructure with shopping, restaurants and leisure activities. To the semi-detached house On the ground floor is a friendly, light-flooded living room with a cozy corner couch by the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area fit directly into the room and create an open living character. You can cook, feast and chat together here. A guest bathroom with shower/toilet and underfloor heating as well as the utility room with a washing machine are also on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a TV, are located upstairs. A second bathroom with shower/toilet and underfloor heating is also available on this floor and, with the integrated sauna, provides small wellness moments at any time of the year. In the attic there is a third bedroom with two single beds as an additional children's room or retreat. From here you have a small view of the Bodden. On the terrace you can wind down from an eventful day. There is a gas grill available. Appropriate gas cartridges must be procured yourself.
