Villetta Ambra is located within the residential park of Costa Paradiso, in the municipality of Trinità D'Agultu, northwest of Sardinia. It is in harmony with the surrounding landscape, characterized by the Mediterranean maquis with unmistakable flowers and scents, typical of these places. Ambra consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a shared pool, and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. Pets allowed on request, additional cost: €100.00 per pet. The space The house consists of a living area with a kitchenette connected to the living room by three stairs (as can be seen from the photos), a double bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. From the living area you can access the covered terrace overlooking the sea, which, equipped with a barbecue, a table and some chairs, create a common space for the guests of the villa, where you can meet to chat, sip a drink, or have a meal together, after a beautiful and intense day at the beach. The pool area, a short walk from the villa, is large and comfortable, and is shared with 4 other units. The nearest sandy beach is Li Cossi, which is just a few minutes' drive from the villa and can be reached via a picturesque path built into the typical red granite rocks. The other rock beaches in the village are Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, highly recommended for snorkeling, given their beautiful seabeds. Villetta Ambra is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for a holiday in Sardinia dedicated to relaxation and the restorative power of the sea. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request at an extra cost and upon acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and that they are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to relieve themselves. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per the instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate bags organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry residue, and placing in the appropriate bins.
