Galleries, restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance. Enjoy the proximity to the Schifferberg, the Ahrenshooper Holz as well as the bike and hiking trail on the dyke, which takes you to the neighboring towns as well as to the popular Weststrand. To the semi-detached house On the ground floor of the semi-detached house, a sun-drenched living room with a cozy sitting area and TV area awaits you. The fireplace separates the living area from the open kitchen. Thanks to the comfortable furnishings and the spacious dining table, you can cook and chat to your heart's content. A bathroom with shower/toilet and the utility room are also located on the lower floor. In the attic there are a total of three cheerfully designed bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has a pull-out bunk bed. The main bathroom with shower/toilet and integrated sauna completes the holiday home half wonderfully. Outside you will find a stone terrace with garden furniture and fireplace grill. A beach chair and two sun loungers are also located by the house and are available for relaxing hours. Vacation can be so nice. The large garden is intended for shared use. You also have a lockable bicycle shed and two parking spaces available.
