Great for an individual, a family or business trip. A special added feature: (If requested) alarm system can be activated when on and/or off sight. The space Cleaning services during guest stay can be requested for an additional fee of $50 per request. Other things to note “PLEASE” note that there’s also a $200 pet deposit (which a partial refund may be issued based upon the condition of the unit. Host may grant exceptions but on an individual basis. There will be up to a $50 fee (per night) for each unreported or unauthorized guest(s). There may also be an extra $10 fee per person (per guest) on “some” early check in’s or late check outs. “PLEASE” NOTE THAT THE CLEANING FEE IS ONLY FOR MINIMUM CLEANING REQUIRED AFTER CHECK OUT. An additional fee of $25.00 up to $100.00 may apply for extra cleaning. It will be based upon the severity.
