The decor with selected pieces of furniture is clear and modern. The fireplace is clearly the focus in the living room. You can also watch deer from the large dining table. The 1500 m² garden is completely fenced 1.6 m high and has a door to the hiking trail. Freestanding with views over the idyllic Brettach valley with its gentle slopes and pastures. In the natural tone, no New Year's Eve firecrackers, rockets and fireworks may be used on New Year's Eve out of consideration for the animals in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The total price depends on the season, period and minimum overnight stays. It applies to the specified number of people and includes final cleaning. Each additional night costs a total of X, each additional person a total of X. Utilities such as water, electricity, parking and wood are included. Bed linen: €18 per person (beds are made) Baby bed linen: €6 per person Baby cot: €10 Towel package: €12 per person Bathrobe: €8 per person Sauna towel: €4 per person Other notes: Children up to the age of 2 travel free of charge (age during the travel period). Dogs: one-time €35 per dog (here max. 3 dogs). The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €1500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
