Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, and a fine will be charged for non-compliance. We monitor the noise level in the apartment (without recording or detecting conversations) by Minut. The system can also detect whether smoking is taking place and measures the temperature. Please contact us directly for more information. The apartment is not bookable for (wild) parties. There is nothing wrong with a small party. Weddings, birthdays and more have already been celebrated here. Because of the wooden floorboards, it must not be entered with street shoes. Slippers are available in the hallway in front of the apartment entrance. 2 rooms are located in the attic and are only accessible via stairs, which are not suitable for disabled people. Baby cot and highchair are provided, just let me know if it is needed. Check-in note: We collect personal data of all guests during online check-in, as is legally required for hotels and all accommodation establishments. These are: full name, date of birth, nationality and address of the booking person, for non-German citizens a copy of the ID (both sides). The names, dates of birth and nationality (for non-German citizens, the passport number) of all accompanying persons.
