FLINT COTTAGE is a very charming single-storey Cottage, and perfect for couples or friends holidaying together, for longer stays, or for Business Travellers or ‘home-working’. The beds in the Master bedroom can also be arranged as a Twin room (with two 2’6” single beds), if requested on Booking. The 2nd bedroom has a standard 4ft 6 double bed. The accommodation is all on one level, so no steps or stairs, and the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. The rest of the accommodation includes a large galley-style fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and separate dining room, plus a small Courtyard garden at the back - just for guests staying at 'Flint Cottage'. There's Gas Central Heating, for cosy stays in winter and plenty of hot water all year round. All bedding, bed-linen & towels are provided. We also provide hand-towels in kitchen & bathroom, and plenty of tea towels. We provide essentials such as salt, pepper, foil, cling-film, kitchen roll, and plenty of toilet rolls. On your arrival, you'll also find tea, coffee, sugar. Guest access Guests access the whole of the Cottage, including exclusive use of the private Courtyard at the back.
