Other things to note You will love this property. It is very close to the hwy and a 12 min drive to Scottsdale. The property really is centrally located to so many activities that it won't disappoint. Everyone who stays there simply loves it. Dog park and potty area is located in the back parking lot. Please keep your dog on a leash. Please do not bath your dog in the shower. Plumbing is old and clogs with dog hair. There will be a $500 fine if a plumber has to come out and take the dog hair out. Also, do not use the shower as a potty pad. It ruins the grout and tile and it cost is $400 to fix it.
