The space This beautiful garden apartment has three bedrooms one with a king size bed, one with a full bed and one with a bunk bed, all rooms have A/C. There have 2 bathrooms. Living room, Dining and Kitchen area have A/C. Washer and dryer are included. Guest access All guest have full access to gym, basketball court, tennis court, kids playing area and swimming pool. There are two parking spaces per apartment. Other things to note Check in is very easy! We will provide a personalize key code prior to check in. For the swimming pool we will give you a key to access. If you lose the key, there will be a $50 replacement charge. Is very important to follow the pool rules. No smoking or Vaping allowed. No animas allowed. No parties. Breaking these rules are grounds to vacate property immediately.
