Basement: Contains washer and dryer 1st floor: Mud room,Living room, powder room, kitchen, dining room, deck access, reading area 2nd floor: master bedroom, master bathroom, additonal full bathroom, queen bedroom with tv, Twin bedroom. All rooms have closets Backyard deck 28x12' with a dining table and six chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note 1. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3 PM; If you will be arriving early or late, please let us know in advance so we can try to arrange for a problem-free arrival. 2. KEYLESS ENTRY/ACCESS: For your convenience, we just installed an electronic keyless entry door lock. We'll provide you a unique key code upon arrival so you can come and go as you please without the hassle of a traditional key. To enter, simply enter your unique key code, when the SCHLAGE BUTTON turns GREEN, door will UNLOCK. To lock the door, PRESS the SCHLAGE BUTTON and it will turn GREEN, Our house offers guests all the joys of lakeside living with just a few limitations. You are welcome to enjoy the entire home, the backyard, and lake views. Ample storage for coats and luggage is available. 3. PARKING: Free parking is available with the home. The maximum number of vehicles (4) parking spots,includes boat/ jet ski trailers and motorcycles. No tents, campers, boats or motor homes may be used for sleeping at the home/property. Please do not block any of the neighboring driveways or mailboxes. 4. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am for the entire community. Please be mindful of other residents. Loud parties and large gatherings are NOT allowed. Please do not venture into the neighbor’s private property. Excessive noise and trespassing onto neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. 6. SMOKING: The house and property are SMOKE-FREE. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $250 fee taken from the security deposit. To minimize fire risk, we DON'T allow candles, open flames, or fireworks of any kind! 7. LINENS: We provide complimentary bed and bath linens for the approved number of guests on the reservation. Beds will be prepared with fresh linens prior to arrival; blankets, pillows, and comforters are furnished by the Owner. A Daily linen service is NOT available. Used linens and towels should be left for cleaning at the end of your stay in the laundry room. PLEASE LEAVE the Bedsheets on the bed. If you decide to wash the towels, please use the provided stain removers cleaners before washing. 8. COOKING: The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots, and pans and food storage containers should you wish to prepare a meal. A fire extinguisher can be found in the kitchen. APPLIANCES should be used only for their intended use – please don’t use appliances for crafting! Use provided cutting boards and DO NOT cut on countertops. DO NOT place flammable materials on the stove or hot pans on countertops. PLEASE use the provided coasters to protect wood surfaces. 9. DAMAGES: Renters must leave the property as they found it. In the case that something gets broken, please notify us so that we can arrange for replacement or repair. If additional professional cleaning or repair of major damages is required, the additional cost will be deducted from the security deposit. 10. SAFETY: The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. In case of emergencies, please call 911 first and notify us when it is safe to do so. Fireworks are illegal in the state of New York and strictly prohibited. 11. HOUSEKEEPING: For little accidents and simple CLEAN UPS, please use the supplies below the kitchen sink. A broom/Swiffer & vacuum can be found in the Basement closet. If additional professional cleaning is required due to excessive abuse or damages, the security deposit will be withheld to cover additional costs. 12. WATER & SEWER: Kitchen sink is for water only. It’s especially important that you DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged damages of up to the full cost of the repair. 13. TRASH: Please take out any trash you create.Both the kitchen trashcan and recycle bins should be emptied upon checkout. Receptacles are provided, and new bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Outdoor trash receptacles are also provided, alongside the house. IMPORTANT: If the outdoor trash bin is full, prior to your checkout, please call Paul for removal. Thank you.
