The Scandinavian-style house on the sunny side of the Baltic Sea is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, bright and flooded with light. Additional costs such as gas, water and electricity consumption are included! There is a sauna, a fireplace and an open kitchen with living area and balcony (1st floor) for cozy evenings with a perfect view. Look forward to the modern, bright interior and the perfectly equipped kitchen for amateur chefs. For "indoor days" you have an extensive collection of games and many books and films at your disposal. The entire house is decorated with pictures by young artists. Room layout The house has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with underfloor heating in Mediterranean style and a sauna for 3 people. Outdoor area: You can enjoy your holiday on the sun loungers or in your own beach chair on the 400 sqm natural dune property with beach grass... or simply on your terrace with seating for 6 people including a grill for wonderful evenings with sunsets... or you can walk to the beach. The dune villa is surrounded by an inviting dune garden that offers children plenty of space to play and romp around. The original natural property creates an idyllic ambience for your holiday with your own beach chair. There is a parking space in front of the house. At the house you will find a lockable bicycle shed for your bicycles, strollers, etc. as well as a power connection for charging e-bikes. Beautiful natural beaches line the sea in this section, a bathing platform and a historic yacht harbor and the modern marina invite you to linger. A bird sanctuary in the most popular sailing area on the Baltic Sea is home to rare bird species that you can observe. Freshly caught fish from the cutter is available in the marina, as are hot meals! Idyllic cycle paths invite you to cycle. There is a bike rental in Stein and you can find one in the marina. The region offers a lot for water sports enthusiasts, water lovers, cyclists, hikers, skaters and sun worshippers. The dike and dunes invite you to hike - always along the water. For your little ones: There is a playground (approx. 50 m) in the marina and an adventure playground (approx. 1 km) - as well as long beaches for building sandcastles. For your four-legged friends: A beautiful large dog beach is very close by. You can take the ferry to the state capital Kiel. There is WiFi throughout the building via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already largely been completed. The adventure promenade directly at the harbor was recently opened. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
