One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. In the outdoor area there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Your dog is very welcome. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season. WiFi is available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s. The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, but this has already largely been completed. The adventure promenade directly at the harbor was recently opened.
