Additional costs for WiFi, gas, water and electricity consumption are included! There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor, an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed with e-bike charging options directly at the house. Whether mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and natural surroundings in every season.
